The Challenge
NZIP.cz holds thousands of expert-reviewed health articles, but citizens struggle to find specific answers in them. Classic search can't handle natural-language questions — and general-purpose AI chatbots are unusable in healthcare because they hallucinate. Answers had to come exclusively from the portal's verified content.
Our Approach
We built the assistant on Ragsterio — our multi-tenant RAG platform for running AI assistants over a curated knowledge base. NZIP.cz content is ingested into a vector store, and answer generation is strictly constrained to the portal's verified sources (retrieval-augmented generation). The interface is Czech-first, publicly accessible without registration, and protected by rate limiting; the platform also provides content management and vector-store inspection.
Outcome
The public demo runs in production, answering health questions — from recognizing a migraine to finding emergency care — with responses grounded in NZIP content. The same platform powers assistants for other public-sector institutions.
