Senior Backend Engineer
You'll work on the server-side core of systems that ministries, agencies, and enterprises depend on — APIs, integrations, and data-heavy services where correctness, security, and uptime are non-negotiable. You'll have a real say in architecture, not just tickets to close.

- Design and build production .NET / C# services, APIs, and integrations on Azure.
- Own features end to end — from architecture and implementation to deployment and operation.
- Model data and design for performance, reliability, and security from the start.
- Integrate with government registries, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.
- Review code, shape standards, and mentor mid-level engineers.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building backend systems in production, ideally with .NET / C#.
- Strong grasp of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems.
- Experience running services on a cloud platform — Azure preferred.
- A pragmatic approach to testing, security, and operability.
- Working Czech and English (our clients and documentation are Czech).
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or public-sector environments.
- Familiarity with messaging, event-driven architectures, or high-throughput systems.
- An interest in mentoring and shaping engineering standards.
