AI / ML Engineer
We put the first production AI system into Czech law enforcement, and we're building more. You'll take applied ML from prototype to dependable production — in high-stakes, regulated settings where reliability and explainability matter.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy applied ML and AI features into production systems.
- Take models from prototype to reliable, monitored, and maintainable services.
- Work with messy real-world data and the constraints of regulated environments.
- Collaborate with backend and data engineers to integrate AI into products.
- Keep evaluation, safety, and explainability in view throughout.
What we're looking for
- Solid software engineering plus practical machine-learning experience.
- Experience taking at least one ML/AI system to production — not just notebooks.
- Proficiency in Python and the modern ML/LLM tooling ecosystem.
- Comfort with cloud deployment (Azure preferred) and MLOps basics.
- Working Czech and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or NLP in production.
- A background in regulated, security-sensitive, or public-sector work.
- Data engineering or distributed-systems experience.

What we offer
Work that matters
Systems used every day by ministries, police, and millions of citizens — not prototypes for the drawer. What you build stays in production for years.
A senior team
Learn from architects and engineers who hold TOGAF, ITIL 4, PRINCE2, and Azure Expert certifications. No layers of busywork between you and real problems.
Real ownership
You own work end to end — from architecture and code, through deployment, to the conversation with the client.
Flexible & hybrid
Hybrid from our Prague office, or fully remote within Czechia or Slovakia. We care about outcomes, not hours at a desk.
Grow on the clock
Time and support to deepen your craft and earn the certifications that win us public-sector work.
A modern stack, done right
.NET, TypeScript, Python, Azure, and Kubernetes — with the time and standards to build things properly, security and compliance included.
How we hire
Four steps, usually wrapped up within two to three weeks. No trick questions, and no take-homes that eat your evenings.
Application
Send your CV or LinkedIn and a few lines on what you're looking for. We read every one and reply.
Intro call
A 30-minute conversation about your experience, what you want to work on, and how we work.
Technical interview
A practical, conversation-led session on real problems close to what you'd actually do here — no whiteboard algorithms.
Offer
Meet the team, talk specifics, and get a clear offer. Once we know it's a fit, we move fast.
