The Challenge
ÚZIS needed a unified national platform to consolidate fragmented health data systems across hospitals, insurers, and state agencies — while combating health misinformation and meeting strict NIS2, GDPR, and EU health data legislation requirements.
Our Approach
We architected the platform using a microservices approach on Azure Government Cloud, applying TOGAF methodology for enterprise architecture and PRINCE2 for project governance. Delivery was structured in 4 milestone-based phases with continuous security reviews and ongoing DevOps SLA support.
Outcome
Production-grade national health information platform serving millions of Czech citizens at nzip.cz — meeting all NIS2, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1 requirements, delivered on schedule across all 4 milestones.
