The Challenge
Taking over a critical national pandemic data system mid-development and delivering under time pressure, with requirements for real-time regional data and SSO-secured access for public health officials across all Czech regions.
Our Approach
We took over the entire project during the initialization phase and continued delivery based on change requests from UZIS. The system provides regional pandemic data exports, vaccine stock dashboards, and web/mobile access — all secured with Single Sign-On.
Outcome
Production system integrated into the Ministry of Health's smart quarantine infrastructure, serving public health officials across all Czech regions for the full duration of the pandemic.
